Cancellation Policy
Customers have the flexibility to cancel an order on Majic Facts without providing any reasons, as long as the order status has not transitioned to confirmed.
In the event of order cancellation after confirmation by the service provider, Majic Facts retains the right to seek appropriate compensation, with the amount not exceeding the total order value, from the customer. Please be mindful of confirmed appointments.
