Refund Policy
We exercise utmost care in processing Articles entrusted to us and clean each Article using a method that is best suited to its nature and condition. We cannot assume responsibilities for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, etc.
In laundering or dry cleaning, we cannot assume responsibilities for color loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Any ornaments, valuables, cash, or special buttons must be removed by customers before sending for Laundry and home cleaning. Responsibility is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads, and sequins, etc.
The User agrees that, in cases of fault and mistakes on part of the User, no refund shall lie against any loss that may be incurred due to the Laundry and home cleaning Services.
You understand that there is inherent risk in Laundry Services and there is potential for clothing and related items to get lost or damaged. Majic Facts will do its best to ensure situations like this do not happen, and in the instances they do happen, will work with you to help rectify the situation when you provide us with written notification identifying the concern with the Laundry within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your cleaned clothes and items. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law, Majic Facts’s aggregate liability in no event shall exceed an amount of QAR 1500 or ten (10) times the rates charged for cleaning the Article, provided that the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the Article and the original tax invoice/contract must be presented. Such claim shall be deemed not exceeding QAR 1500.00 or whichever is lowest, unless the value of the Article is declared in writing on the Tax Invoice/ Contract.
In said case, the Article, whether partially or completely damaged, must be retained by us upon full settlement of claim unless otherwise agreed by Majic Facts.
No claims shall lie unless the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours of being in receipt of the Article.
Majic Facts will not accept liability for products that remain undelivered for a duration of 3 months or longer. In such cases, Majic Facts reserves the right to either dispose of the products or donate them to its partners, as deemed appropriate by the company at that particular juncture.
Please check the number of Articles indicated; otherwise, the count by Majic Facts must be accepted as correct. In the case of a discrepancy in count, and if you are not available to verify, our count must be accepted as correct.
All Articles must be inspected and customer’s dissatisfaction, if any, shall be made known at the time of collection. Majic Facts shall not be responsible for subsequent complaints.
