Koodra respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Koodra apps and koodra.com in Qatar. If you do not agree, please do not use Koodra. We may update this policy and will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. App stores and payment companies have their own policies. Koodra is not responsible for data those companies collect on their own.

Information we collect

We collect what we need to run a booking: name, phone number, optional email, service address, area, booking details, notes, and the status of a Sadad or cash payment. We do not store your card number. Sadad processes card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments.

We also collect the location you pick for the visit, device and app information such as language and a notification token, and messages you send to support. If you join a survey or promotion, we keep what you submit for that purpose.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, show providers in your area, place and manage bookings, send booking notices, take payment, answer complaints, keep the apps secure, and meet Qatari legal and accounting duties. We may send service messages by notification, SMS, or email. Marketing messages are sent only where you can opt out.

Who receives it

The provider assigned to your booking receives the name, phone, address, and job details needed to perform the service. Sadad receives what it needs to take or refund a payment. Staff and hosting providers see data only to operate Koodra. We may disclose information if the law, a court, or fraud prevention requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Location, notifications, and the website

The app uses your chosen service location, and may ask for device location so you can pick the current place. You can turn location and notifications off in the phone settings. The website may use session cookies to keep you signed in and to protect bookings, and persistent cookies to remember language. Analytics tools may count visits. You can clear cookies in your browser.

Security and your choices

We use access controls and encryption on payment and account traffic. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. You can update your profile in the app or email info@koodra.com to correct or close your account. We delete or deactivate the account from active use, and we keep records we must hold for fraud checks, disputes, or the law.
